How One Should Speak

It's been quite a while since I last posted up Scriptures. I'm sorry about that. I did figure that I would continue where I left off. But this time, I'll give the Scriptures on how we should speak to others to balance out what was posted last. These will be very helpful in knowing what to answer or how to answer regardless of the commentaries made/directed towards a Christian. =)

Proverbs 15:23---A man finds joy in giving an apt reply---and how goo is a timely word!

1 Peter 4:11---If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God
**How this alone would keep us from saying anything we shouldn't!** =)

Proverbs 16:23-24---A wise man's heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Proverbs 12:14---From the fruit of his lips a man is filled with good things as surely as the work of his hands rewards him.

Proverbs 20:15---Gold there is, and rubies in abundance, but lips that speak knowledge are a rare jewel.

Psalms 37:30---The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks what is just.

Ephesians 4:25---Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

Ephesians 4:29---Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

I know it's just a few I put this time. But they are very powerful when followed. Let us always build each other up in kindness and love and speaking what is right always. =)
